This website is operated by SAINT MARTIN. Throughout these Terms of Service, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SAINT MARTIN. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referred to in them.

Please read these Terms before using the website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order. Our online store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform we use to sell our products.

1. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. You must not introduce viruses or other harmful code, interfere with the website’s operation, or use it in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the website only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change. Placing an order does not guarantee that an item is available.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund for any amount paid for that item.

3. Prices and orders

The price, applicable taxes, shipping charges and any cash-on-delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order.

We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the delivery address is not serviceable, or there is an apparent pricing or listing error. If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

You agree to provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details so that we can process your order and reach you when needed.

4. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers and may be subject to their terms. If cash on delivery is available for your order, any applicable COD charge will be displayed before you place the order.

5. Shipping and delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains dispatch estimates, delivery, shipping charges, delivery attempts and what to do if a package is delayed or damaged. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations or circumstances beyond our control.

Please review your delivery address and phone number before submitting an order. If you need to request a correction, contact support@saintmartin.in as soon as possible.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Please read it for the return period, eligibility conditions, shipping costs, inspection process and refund method. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies limits rights you may have under applicable consumer law in relation to defective, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products.

7. Product warranty

Any warranty offered with a SAINT MARTIN watch is subject to the warranty terms provided with the product or published on our website. A warranty is separate from the return period and does not limit your rights under applicable law.

8. Website information

We try to keep information on the website accurate and current. If we discover an error in a product description, price, promotion, shipping estimate or availability, we may correct it. If a correction materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you about the available options.

9. Intellectual property

The SAINT MARTIN name, logos, images, product photographs, text and other website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially use its content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
